Sometimes you need more personal attention than a group Pilates class. We can create a custom one-on-one program to meet your specific goals, including: Sports Training, Rehabilitation, or Active Aging.
At LifeBalance, we require new clients to complete an Introductory package of 3 Private Sessions. These sessions allow clients to gain a good understanding of breath work, proper body mechanics and pilates principles.
In addition, these sessions are also highly recommended if you have an injury or have certain limitations. This allows us to spend dedicated time with you, demonstrating modifications and techniques that work best for your unique needs and goals.
