We are excited to introduce our studio’s newest addition to help you create a healthy body and mind – MOTR®! With MOTR, you can experience the unique challenge of Pilates Reformer work with new balance, strength, cardio, agility and core challenges.

MOTR® classes are cutting-edge in the fitness industry. All classes are full body, and focus on strengthening your core and lengthening your muscles. Breathing and proper body alignment are used in a challenging mind/body workout that helps you achieve greater flexibility and stress relief. If you’ve been hesitant to try Pilates it’s great way to begin.

LifeBalance’s MOTR® Program focuses on building your core strength while simultaneously working your arms and legs. These exercises are for participants at any level, from senior citizens to professional athletes.

MOTR® combines the comfort of a foam roller with the challenge of three weight level resistances, giving you a challenging and incredibly diverse workout tool. Exercise categories include cardio, balance, functional training, mind-body, agility, strength training and more.
